Coaching is about helping the individual identify mindsets and patterns, working with the whole self to shift how we walk through the world. Sometime we have a very specific goal and point of entry–a physical or health goal, a relationship challenge, working with stress, etc. And sometimes, we aren’t quite sure what we need, but we know we are stuck and need assistance in moving forward.

Trained through Maryland University of Integrative Health, New Ventures West, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Precision Nutrition, I believe in working with the whole individual. Our experiences shape how we see the world, how we choose to show up, and the choices we make. I will work with you to develop a unique plan of practices, exercises and reflections to promote behavior change to achieve your goals.
